Zora, Inc., Maggie’s Fabric Patch and/or Ship & Shore Meeting & Event Planning, LLC acts only as suppliers of transportation, accommodations, and services, which are made on the condition Zora, Inc., Maggie’s Fabric Patch and/or Ship & Shore Meeting & Event Planning, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, or loss or irregularity of any kind, occasioned by an act or omission beyond its control, including acts of negligence or breech of contract of any third party such as an airline, cruise line, train, subway, taxi, shuttle, limo, ground transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, ground handler, etc. who is or does supply any goods or services for our tour. 
 
 If Zora, Inc., Maggie’s Fabric Patch and/or Ship & Shore Meeting & Event Planning, LLC cancels the tour before tickets are purchased, they shall be liable only to refund all of the tour participant’s deposits received by it.  The passenger tickets in use by the carriers when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the passenger.  These tours may be sold in conjunction with the services of any airline, a deposit made by the participants constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions. 
 
All cancellations are subject to $100.00 administrative fee per person.  All general cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than November 1, 2008.  Any other cancellations after final purchase date must be due to illness, and must be accompanied by a certified letter from your physician. 
 
 It is your responsibility to contact Ship & Shore Meeting & Event Planning, LLC for claim filing instructions.  If the conditions specified above are not true, not pertinent to this case or you do not follow the instructions furnished there will not be a refund by Ship & Shore Meeting & Event Planning, LLC.  
 
Reasonable, excellent coverage trip cancellation insurance is required on sign-up.  No refund for cancellations due to sickness unless travel insurance is taken.  $100 per person will be charged for any arrangements altered after the original confirmation has been issued.  Name changes, which are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellations fees stated above.
